Our Capabilities
Plant Capacity - We can produce in excess of 1.5 Million Square Feet of finshed product in a one month period of time given our current capacity.
Turnaround Time - Our commitment is that if we give you a completion date for your job we will deliver. It's as simple as that. We have constantly met or exceeded the commitmentsmade to our dealers and distributors.
Turf Production Widths - We produce either 12' wide rolls or 15' wide rolls of turf. Typically the 15' wide rolls are limited to athletic field turf applications at this time.
Turf Pile Heights - We can produce turf as short as 1/4" in pile height and as long as 2 1/2" in pile height.
Row Gauge and Stitch Count - Please see our Product Specifications pages for precise information on these two items. These items are unique to each variation of turf that we produce.
Colors - We can manufacture any color of yarn that is provided and approved to run using our tufting process. Many standard and unique colors of yarn fibers exist today and are readily available.
Domestic and International Shipping - We can ship product anywhere in the world. You can arrange your own shipping, or we'll try to help you out if you need it.
